Professional Philosophy
Today, buying or selling a home in San Francisco requires the savvy of a CEO. When representing buyers, Naomi interprets this to mean (i) finding that special residence which meets the buyer’s targets through insightful analysis of available and off-the-market listings as well as leads from our personal network, (ii) crafting a winning strategy to defeat or pre-empt the intensely competitive multiple offers, (iii) securing the most advantageous financing, and (iv) negotiating the optimum price and terms. For sellers, it means achieving the highest price and shortest close, ideally from a pre-approved and contingency-free buyer. Naomi’s carefully orchestrated marketing effort eliminates doubt, inefficiency, and risk, and is regarded among top Agents as the standard in San Francisco's real estate community.
